DATA PRIVACY POLICY

www.automotive-skills.com is owned by and a part of HORIBA MIRA

It is the policy of HORIBA MIRA Ltd that we adhere to data protection regulations and respect the rights and privacy of individuals by processing personal data only for legitimate and lawful purposes.

We ensure that all personal information processed by us is done so fairly, lawfully and with appropriate justification and that any personal information used by us or on our behalf is accurate, relevant and limited. It will also be kept up to date, be protected appropriately and securely destroyed when no longer required.

Where personal data is shared with third parties this is done under a lawful basis with adequate protection mechanisms in place.

Contact with customers is only made on the basis that the customer has affirmatively opted in to receive such contact and can unsubscribe at any time.
